WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I SIGN MY IBA?
Once your IBA is signed, your Fast Start is in motion.
You’ll begin getting set up, working toward your license, and learning the business through Field Training.
These happen alongside each other. You do not have to finish one before beginning the others.

Complete Your Onboarding
Complete your company onboarding requirements, background information, and any additional forms or approvals.
Watch your email and stay connected with your trainer.
Your move: Complete anything requiring your attention.

GET LICENSED
Start Your Licensing Journey
Begin your required pre licensing education and start studying.
Use the study tools, attend License Zoom School, complete your fingerprints, and prepare for your state exam.
Your move: Start studying and keep moving toward your license.

START FIELD TRAINING
Learn While You Build
You don't have to wait until you're licensed to start learning the business.
Work with your trainer, learn the presentation, begin appointments, attend training, and start working toward your 3x3 Fast Start.
Your move: Get with your trainer and get into the field.

01 | COMPLETE YOUR ONBOARDING
Get Set Up + Start Moving
Your trainer will walk through these first steps with you.
☐ REGISTER IN POL
Complete your POL registration and required setup to work toward your $50 bonus opportunity.
☐ REGISTER FOR EXAMFX
Get enrolled in your pre licensing course so you can begin studying right away.
☐ YOUR TOP 3 REFERENCES
Sit down with your trainer and identify 3 people who know you well and can speak to your character and credibility. Submit their information so your training team can connect with them as part of your Field Training.
DONE WHEN → POL is set up, ExamFX is ready, and your first 5 names are written down with your trainer.
02 | SAVE YOUR AGENT CODE
Know Your Number
Your Agent Code is your unique representative identification code.

Get Into Your Course

This is where you begin learning how to build the business.

05 | ATTEND NEW ASSOCIATE ORIENTATION
Get Plugged Into the System
Saturday | 10 AM
New Associate Orientation is mandatory for new associates on our team and is part of your training.
