Compound & Co. was born from real life.

We are three women and mothers who have built businesses, raised families, experienced setbacks, advocated for the people we love, and learned that earning money is only part of the equation. Knowing how to protect it, build with it, and create something that lasts matters too.

Luddivina brings more than two decades of experience in entrepreneurship and the apparel industry, including building and operating a multimillion dollar business of her own for more than a decade. She is also a longtime sports mom whose daughter is a nationally ranked, four time national boxing champion. After years around the boxing community, she has watched talented athletes grow into professionals and begin earning real money, often without the financial education, protection, or planning to match their opportunity. It gave her another reason to help families, entrepreneurs, and athletes protect what they build and make more intentional decisions with what they earn.

Esmeralda began her entrepreneurial journey as a restaurateur before expanding into communications, marketing, branding, strategy, and financial services. She knows what it means to build a business and also what it feels like to become an employee of the very thing you created. After years of building in partnership, she eventually had to rebuild from the ground up and learned a lesson that changed the way she thinks about money: building income is not the same as building wealth, ownership, or security. Today, that experience drives her to help others think beyond earning and start building with greater structure and intention.

Stephanie brings the perspective of a mother who understands that every family's journey is different. Through advocating for her own child, she has seen how important it is for parents to understand the resources available to them, protect what matters most, and plan for the future. Her heart is to make those conversations simpler, more supportive, and easier for families to begin.

Our experiences were different, but the lesson became the same:

We didn't create Compound & Co. because we had everything figured out. We created it because we learned that wealth isn't built through one perfect decision, and legacy isn't created in one defining moment.
